These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bintra (the "Service"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

Bintra is a digital product consisting of pre-built AI agent configurations, prompts, and templates designed to run on the OpenClaw platform. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to download and use the materials.

2. License

When you purchase Bintra, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business or personal projects. You may:

• Use the agents and prompts with your own AI/LLM API keys
• Modify them to fit your brand and use case
• Use outputs commercially (products, sales pages, emails, etc.) in your own business

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Bintra materials themselves
• Share your purchase login or download links
• Publish the prompts or templates as your own product
• Use the materials in a way that violates the law or third-party rights

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). You agree to pay the listed price at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email immediately after payment is confirmed. If missing within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or email hello@trybintra.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All Bintra materials — prompts, agent configurations, templates, copy, and graphics — are the intellectual property of Bintra. Your purchase grants a license per Section 2, but ownership remains with us.

7. Disclaimers

Bintra is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results. Revenue examples and case studies are based on reported outcomes — your results depend on your implementation, market, and execution.

AI outputs should always be reviewed by a human before publication. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bintra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Changes to the Product

We may update, improve, or modify Bintra materials from time to time. Lifetime access means you'll receive all future updates at no additional cost.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bintra operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
