14-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with Bintra? Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

1. The Promise

We stand behind Bintra. If it doesn't deliver value, you get your money back. Period. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@trybintra.com with the subject line "Refund"
Include the email address you used to purchase
That's it — no surveys, no retention calls, no "are you sure"

We process refunds within 24 business hours. Funds typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. What Happens After a Refund

Your access to Bintra materials will be revoked
Any downloaded files you continue to use are considered a violation of our Terms of Service
You may not repurchase under a different email to circumvent this policy

4. After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We consider requests in cases of technical issues or other exceptional circumstances — just email us.

5. Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please email us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us can result in permanent loss of access to Bintra and future products. We're reasonable — we'd rather just fix the problem.

6. Payment Processor

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method.
